Linear in sync with 23 customer requests · live

Every customer request, updated in Linear and Jira.

Proxi is the AI customer-intelligence tool for engineer-founders. It continuously reads your calls, support tickets, Slack, GitHub and trackers, and keeps Linear and Jira reflecting exactly what customers are asking for, so nothing slips and no one churns waiting on a fix.

"Proxi distilled the firehose of customer signals into tasks to ship." Roop, Co-Founder, Bild AI (YC W25)

How Proxi works

Said anywhere. Updated in Linear and Jira.

A customer mentions the same thing on a call, a ticket and a Slack message. Proxi catches all of it, turns it into one updated issue, and keeps Linear and Jira in sync, so the request never slips through.

Step 1 · Channels
Signals land across every channel
Calls, tickets and DMs about the same thing, from different customers, on different days.

Step 2 · Write
Proxi writes a clean issue
One clear title, the customer quotes, and the dollars behind it, mirrored to Jira or Linear in a click.

FAQ

The basics, in plain English.

Don't see your question? Email us, we read everything.

No. Proxi sits on top of the tracker you already use and keeps it clean: it writes the issues, dedupes them, syncs both ways, and closes the dead ones. You and your team keep working in Jira or Linear exactly like today. The board just stops drifting into noise.
Proxi does the customer-facing side of customer success: it reads every customer signal, calls, tickets, Slack, and GitHub, surfaces churn risk and what customers are asking for, and turns it into tracked work in Linear and Jira. It's built for engineer-founders who own customer success themselves, not a seat-based CSM suite for a dedicated success team.
Every incoming signal is matched semantically against the last 90 days of signals and your open issues, with a confidence score you can override. Five reports of the same bug collapse into one issue instead of five half-written tickets, so your backlog stops doubling.
Proxi reads the call, ticket or DM and drafts a real issue: a clear title, the context, the customer's exact words as evidence, which customers it affects, and the revenue behind them. No more one-line "fix the thing" tickets that nobody can act on a week later.
Yes. Change a title, status, priority or assignee in Proxi and it pushes to your tracker; change it in Jira or Linear and it flows back. We use content hashes and last-pushed markers to break echo loops, so an edit never bounces endlessly between the two sides.
Proxi closes an issue automatically when its linked Jira or Linear ticket is marked done. For tickets that have gone cold, no new signal and no activity for months, it flags them as stale so you can clear them in a click rather than silently deleting work. You stay in control of what counts as done.
We charge per workspace, not per seat. Pricing depends on signal volume and how many sources you connect. Book a demo and we'll size it for you.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never train on your data, and you can purge a workspace's history with one button.
